Revision6 Engine Bay Cooling Fans (Professional)

The Revision6 'professional' engine bay fan kit is designed to complement the MR2's airflow by pulling hot air from the engine bay through the slotted engine bay cover. The kit is equipped with two 10" Spal puller fans, each capable of flowing 640 cubic feet of air per minute, and testing shows that it will reduce the engine oil temperature by around 4 degrees centigrade.
The professional kit is constructed from aluminium with a welded lip and includes a gas filled lifting strut and bracket.
Powder coated in black for an OEM look, the engine bay cooling kit also includes a relay and the necessary wiring to connect it to your car. The kit directly replaces the stock engine bay shroud and requires no modification to your car.
Please note that this kit is only suitable for use with turbo engine bay covers, and that the bracket for the gas strut may need to be modified to fit with aftermarket strut braces.

Revision6 ChargeCooler Kit

The Revision6 Chargecooler kit is the result of a collaboration between Rogue Motorsport and Radtec Racing Radiators, and it achieves some very specific goals. Not only does it offer cooling efficiency far beyond the ability of conventional aftermarket intercoolers but it is also capable of meeting the flow demands of uprated high performance engines.
Chargecooling works by surrounding the intercooler with a water jacket and circulating coolant between this and a pre-radiator at the front of the vehicle. Water is a better heat exchanger than air, so the charge from the turbo can be cooled more rapidly and efficiently.
This kit replaces the stock intercooler, and the chargecooler core mounts in the same location. Polished aluminium intake pipes are supplied, as are new silicone hoses. A Davies Craig electric pump provides near silent operation and a high quality motorsport spec aluminium pre-radiator bolts to existing points in front of the aircon radiator. All fixings and fittings are provided, along with a reel of 3/4" hose, and a polished aluminium swirl pots completes the kit.
As this product was developed specifically for the MR2, all parts bolt in to existing locations on the MR2 chassis. The kit fits within the confines of the existing intercooler system and requires absoloutely no cutting or modifiying of the car.
